Sweet tea is the Southern house wine, and adding bourbon makes it a pitcher everyone hovers around. It tastes like tea, so people forget how strong it is. Pour carefully.

What You’ll Need (serves 8):

  • 4 cups strong sweet tea, chilled
  • 1½ cups bourbon
  • 1 cup peach nectar
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • Peach slices, lemon wheels, and mint
  • Lots of ice

How to Make It:

  1. Stir the tea, bourbon, nectar, and lemon juice in a large pitcher.
  2. Chill at least 1 hour.
  3. Fill glasses with ice, pour, and garnish.

Pro Tip: Brew the tea slightly stronger than normal, since ice will dilute it.
